AIMM's Church and Donor Relations Coordinator, Pamela Obonde, will be embarking on a brief tour in the United States in the month of August. Originally from Kenya, Pamela and her family now live in Winnipeg, Manitoba. After joining AIMM in June of 2026, Pamela accompanied former Co-Executive Coordinators, John Fumana and Bruce Yoder, on the AIMM family gathering tour. This year, Pamela and our late Executive Coordinator, John Fumana, had planned on visiting the United States this fall. We ask you to prayerfully remember John's family, friends, the AIMM community, and all those whose lives have been touched by how John lived into God's mission here on Earth.

In order to honor John's work, Pamela will be meeting with churches and supporters in August. She will be at several Sunday worship services and will also give reports on the mission work of AIMM in Angola, Burkina Faso, Sierra Leone, and South Africa. Pamela will share stories of the partnerships with North America Anabaptist churches and the impact of the relationships between North Americans and African congregations. Come and hear about what God is doing among our African brothers and sisters!
